SMP MODELS
With 5 base models to choose from, there is a SMP guitar for most tastes and styles of music.
Each guitar is fully customisable and every model, apart from the Atlas DC, can come in 6,7 or 8 string versions. Use the Build Form to create your ultimate SMP Guitar and submit the form if you wish to discuss and start the build process.

Our standard price build comes with Bare Knuckle hand-wound pickups of your choice, Hipshot, Gotoh or Schaller hardware and Hipshot open gear locking tuners, Graph Tech Tusq nuts. Various body and cap options, 1 piece to 5ply necks. All necks feature 2x carbon fibre rods and a dual truss rod.
All guitars are handmade in the Surrey Hills, UK by Stuart M Powick, using the finest tonewoods, seasoned to perfection in the workshop to ensure your instrument is resonant and stable.

Orpheus: named after the Greek hero who had such legendary chops that he sent Cerberus, the three-headed beast who guarded the gates of the underworld, to sleep. Need we say more!

The line up needed something that was a take on a more classic shape but with modern playability and a unique spin in a crowded marketplace. So the Atlas was born.
Coming as standard with a mahogany body, highly figured "full thickness" flame or quilt maple tops, mahogany or rosewood neck options and rosewood or ebony fretboards.
