Merch and in stock guitars are subject to a standard 14 days return policy as long as the are returned in the same condition they were sent in.

 

As per UK law custom made guitars, built to your specifications are not illegible for returns. Through the build process we will provide you with as much media as you can handle and be in full communication, ensuring you get the guitar you wish for.

 

We cannot be held responsible for errors from shipping companies, everything shipped will be tracked, recorded and all proof will be forwarded. Including images at the time of shipping to show the level of protection that has gone into all packaging to ensure your instrument arrives in perfect condition.

 

 

In the unlikely situation some idiot damages anything during the shipping process, this will be the responsibility of the shipping company. We therefore urge all customers to take the insurance couriers offer at the time of shipping to the correct value of the instrument, to ensure you are covered.
